Help me find this UTAU

I initially was looking for two, but I suddenly stumbled across the other I was looking for! Hooray~

But anyway, does anyone know this utauloid: he was a green bird, I believe anthro. I saw him in a video with a bunch of other furry UTAUs but I can't remember which video it was... Naturally I didn't catch his name, I believe he is a Japanese UTAU but I could be wrong.

No, that's not him, he didn't have hair on his head from what I remember. :C and he was much greener, like gachapin green. Much younger looking too.

I think the video I saw him in was on YouTube, but the video and description were in Japanese.

But it turns out he's not an UTAU after all, is he? A visual novel character it seems? Well, that's pretty disappointing. Oh well.

I guess the characters were representing the voicebanks used (which I wish the description would list but I can probably find that in the nico video, right?)

I guess so. I think I found the actual voice, though. At one point in the video you linked to (around 0:40), it has his name and underneath it says "(CV: 鳶音エン)." I searched my Japanese app for the first kanji to find out how to say/write it in hiragana, and came up with Tobine En, who has an entry on UTAU Wikia. I'm not 100% sure it's him because the covers I've found with him sound kinda different, but I think it's just because the one you saw was higher pitched.
