Help utau isnt working, i keep getting this

I try load or play any notes or render wav i keep getting Failed to generate wav file. Please check the settings

What does that mean what settings i used to not have this issue i can't do anything in utau because of it i have unistalled deleted every utau file on my pc in reinstalled it

Yes my locale is changed i never change it from Japanese

i used to never Ever get this maybe it was a Ust? It was but now it does this for everything every ust every vb

i can't do anything at all

Does that mean if have to dl the very first version of utau to use utau?

In UTAU, can you go to tools, options, then the cache config tab and show me what it says?

Yep.

Click on the little checkbox next to "Cache intermediate files". After you do that, the 4 options below will be available to select. Choose the second one (Remove cache files at quit) and then hit OK. Then see if things play.
