HELP!: UTAU keeps getting stuck!

Whenever I try to boot up UTAU, it always gets stuck at the Windows Installer screen. I've set my system locale to Japanese and I've re-installed UTAU 4 times, it just isn't working! Can someone help me? ;;;;;;

I tend to have this issue when I install UTAU multiple times. Are you running the installer as admin?

You can always try the zip file version, or try changing the location on your installer.
