Help with Namine Ritsu voice bank with No Sound

There is a common error with UTAU , the famous ´no sound´ problem, this error ocurs only with Namine Ritsu Normal voice bank, while others voicebanks work correctly like Kasane Teto and Defoko the same doenst appear to happen with Namine Ritsu. I have downloaded from the original site, have my location set to Japan, I am using japanese hiragana to write, I have already tried to reinstall Utau, but it seems that it doenst work. Can someone give me an help?

I tried it reinstalling and it didnt worked. and yes I am using Namine VCV ust.
