How can I add a voicebank in Cadencii 3.6?

First of all I was trying to make cadencii work. The code on github was nonsense to me. I could not find any .exe.

Then I found this one on osdn. I think it is the right one. I was downloading the teto voicebanks.

But nothing, no sound when playing. I switched to UTAU, to V-connect stand and more. I added the path with the wave files of the voicebank:


But no sound. The manual did not help. Then i found out about the "GenerateKeySound.exe" and "vConnectStandDBConvert.exe".
I added the voicebank path and added the oni.ini. No sound again.

How can I make a Teto voicebank and a vocaloid ( .ddb .ddi .vvd ) voicebank work? Otherwise I will give up.

It appears that Teto's voicebank was decoded incorrectly due to your locale settings. Please try deleting everything and setting your locale according to these instructions.
