How can I make google translate voice sound like in this video?

In this video google translate was used for the vocal. It looks like he only used fl studio mobile. If you listen the song you can hear that it's rapping and singing. Unfortunately the user didn't post a tutorial about how he made the voice. I also use fl studio mobile to create my beats. However when I insert google translate voice in it, it sounds as regular speaking. I have no idea at all how I can make it rap and sing. Here's the video.

If it's using FL Studio, that's probably a plugin like Newtone (I think that's how it's spelled?) to edit timing and pitch. I'm not sure on the specifics of using it myself, but there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube

Thanks for the reply. I know Newtone. However I'm not sure if the user used it or not for the vocal, he didn't wrote anything about it. It would be awesome if I can make the voice somehow rap and sing using only fl studio mobile, because I don't have computer. I use my friend's pc sometimes, but I don't have it at home.
