How do I install/use TTEIH?

I'm very new to UTAU and want to use the Teto English voicebank, which works fine and all but is difficult to use. I wanted to use the English input helper to make it easier on myself, but it seems to be messing up somehow. I downloaded the file and dropped the zipped folder into UTAU and it said it loaded the plug-in, but when I try to run it, my pc doesn't let it. It gives me a pop-up that says "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software." After that, it immediately closes the plug-in without letting me use it. It shouldn't have any virus or anything because I did download it from the site everyone recommended and nothing happened that would mess up the files during download, but it still gives me this message, even after re-downloading the file and trying again. Is there some sort of work-around that I need or something I'm not doing right?

The helper plugin for classic UTAU will chop the notes into individual phonemes for you, or rewrite the lyrics as phonemes if you want to avoid chopping the notes and use presamp.

An alternative way to use Teto English easily is with OpenUtau, which has native support for typing lyrics as plain English words.

Would I still use the same Teto English voicebank I used in UTAU or is there a different Teto English optimized specifically for OpenUTAU?
