How do I pronounce 'P' sounds in a Japanese CV

I usually think of the r sound as more of a really fast "d" sound, only touching the roof of the mouth and not resting like you would if you were saying the d sound slowly. Like how the d sounds if you say "could'a" instead of "could have." Someone I know found it useful to say "dadadadada" really fast over and over again to get used to it.

Yeah I want to say if you're not an american English speaker then the "butter, ladder, water" example doesn't work because British and other English speaking European languages don't have it. If you can make "d" not sound aspirated that might also sound closest to what you want.
use other voicebanks for reference!

From what I know I think you do a roll like you do in Spanish when pronouncing the "r". Although you only do one roll so its kinda like a click sound mixed with an "r".
