how do you make a derivative?

i get derivatives are of course derived from a voice, it would be tedious to change gender flags for all notes and

i just want to have a solid VB that sounds more than just a gender bend or pitch how or what can i do make a derivative that's different or more

A derivative character is when you have a completely separate character design/etc. for the same voicebank, often coupled with simple modifications like flags. You can change flags for the entire project here.

Since you mentioned wanting a "stronger" tone, try using Moresampler's "Mt" flag and using positive values. (Negative values will result in a softer-sounding tone.)
