Hi!

I made a tutorial for UTAU-Synth users to make own oto files work on PC UTAU.
(=how to oto_ini.txt work to oto.ini!)

I'm not native so my tutorial might have some grammar and/or wrong typing but hopefully it's still understandable...
Fell free to ask if anything is unclear!
