how to voice act?

You can change the pitch you record at, the way you pronounce vowels, the nasalness of your voice, etc. However, I would advise that voice-acted banks will sound... more like characters? Certainly not like a natural person singing, so you can't exactly use them seriously in all sorts of musical contexts. But it's an excellent way to give more voices to more OCs, if that's the idea.
