I made a VOCALINA 2.3 Patch allowing to reuse it !

For people who liked Vocalina, I made a patch of the 2.3 version allowing people to reuse it in 2020 !
It won't ask anymore to login to the now defunct vocalina.com website and works out of the box !


I also plan to patch 2.2 but it is trickier to do as it uses a different system for its TTSMain dll
