I need a design and name for this UTAU!

I was playing around and decided to record a voicebank with my hoarse voice, and it actually turned out really good.


So, I need a design and a name for her. I do have a character I designed named Fuyu Chiho, but she's a part of Kira Studios and will not be voiced by me, and the design just doesn't match the voice.

There are rules, though:
I want her to be around 10-12 years old, so she can't have a skimpy outfit or anything.

No Furloids. I'm sorry, but I want all of my UTAU to be humans. I don't have anything against Furloids or furries, I would just prefer my UTAU to be human.

For names, nothing with numbers. It will get confusing. I was thinking either a Japanese name with two parts or a single word stylized in all caps.

I believe there is an UTAU named Angelica, and mixing an English name with a Japanese one just doesn't give a nice ring.
