"Invalid Voice Configuration"

So, when I was done recording my tri-pitch CVVC utau; I just loaded the voicebank into mkototemp then onto utau, It says Invalid Voice Configuration
The notes can still play, but I can't oto it.
All the Voicebank folders have a oto.ini in them and the main folder.
here is what it looks like: (please zoom in because I don't like the things big)

btw The prefix.map isn't working and it's only one pitch that it's picking up

also here is another weird thing that utau keeps doing to the main oto.ini (the blank one)
It keeps turning it to UTF-8

Idk about that, if the oto is in UTF-8 and UTAU can't read it, it's probably because UTAU thinks that the oto is in shift jis, type #Charset:UTF-8
if the oto is in UTF-8
I'm an UTAU-SYNTH user so this might not work on Windows Utau but i think you should give it a try

I just fixed it

I deleted the base oto.ini and utau generated a new oto.ini and it works now :D
idk how utau generated the base oto.ini
