Invalid Voice Configuration

Hi everyone!! I need help with this issue lol in Utau
My locale is set to Japanese and everything. I already have voicebanks installed, but it wont let me install this new one I made.

Are you having a problem downloading the voicebank, or are you having a problem with the bank showing up in UTAU when you open Project properties?
