CVVC Japanese can achieve results just as smooth as VCV, with much less recording and OTOing required. Because of the flexibility of consonants, CVVC can also be used to achieve more expressive tuning, and it's also easy to add extra samples for other languages.

Two common conversion methods are to use the autoCVVC plugin or to use Presamp.
autoCVVC:

There's more information on how to install or use either of these on this page here: http://utau.us/cvvc.html
You're best off searching for Hiragana CV USTs, but if you are only finding things like Romaji CV or VCV, you can use iroiro to convert it down to hiragana CV. http://utaforum.net/resources/bizzs-utau-plugins.129/

yes i've done all of that it's silent it doesn't work for me, and so does converting it i can't plugin doesn't work for me although it is in plugin file
etc.. autocvvc does nothing ,.. i tried it nothing happened it's silent and i typed every note by hand into hiragana but in the tool setting it shows the files as romaji which doesn't work because i had already changed romaji to hiragana yet romaji shows up in the name and i can't do anything except really copy and paste note name onto and insert but i can't do anything with it since it's a cvvc voicebank all the notes are connected and shortening them doesn't help because if it is a long note for a than how can i do that if it is cvvc ..as well in tool setting everything disapeared in the place for oto everything is grey

What voicebank are you using? If you're trying to make a voicebank yourself AND learn to use CVVC voicebanks for the first time, you may be encountering multiple issues at once. You may have better luck using an existing CVVC voicebank that's already well-configured.

Additionally, you may want to simply try editing a UST by hand. We start with hiragana CV, like so.

CVVC voicebanks commonly have VV vowels, so we'll prefix all of the vowels.

Set Quantize to 64th notes, so that notes can snap to smaller lengths.

Zoom in horizontally using the [+] button.

For every CV note that's in the middle of the phrase (ie. there's another note before it, not a rest) we have to add the transitional VC note. In "かえるのうたが" that would be the "る" "の" "た" "が"

Shorten the [a え] note so that the resulting rest is exactly the same size as the overhand of the [る] note.

Since it's going from え to る, this note will be [e r].

Repeat this for the other CVs.

Select all of the notes and crossfade with P1P4 or P2P3 (doesn't matter which one unless you like to edit envelopes)
