Is it worth creating a VCV bank if you have a CVVC bank? (Japanese)

I have a CVVC in development, and it's working well for the moment, but the VCV format is very popular, and I don't know if it's worth getting into a format as overwhelming as the VCV.

Hmmm, there's different things I've noticed:
- CVVC can do English phonemes whereas VCV specializes in JP phonemes
- for recording, CVVC is way easier and faster
- for oto, VCV takes longer, but is less confusing
- for playing usts, VCV plugins are more readily available (and arguably easier to use) than CVVC plugins
- for writing usts, they're often in CV or VCV format because those two are easily convertible via plugins
- CVVC is currently more popular to make imo

Tbh, VCV is pretty straightforward; it just takes a lot of time and patience. And though CVVC is known for it's unique "VC" advantage, I'm pretty sure VCV can do it too given the right reclist.

Anyways, no need to switch over if you already have a good CVVC bank. You can always try out other's VCV banks first to get a feel for them if you ever decide to make one.
