I'm trying to find out if there is a way to make Teto's iconic voice using another voice, however I don't know of what effects or of what kind of processing on a voice is needed to achieve this. I understand it's not possible for any voice to sound like Teto herself but I'd like to figure out how its achieved and possibly try to find an English fluent person and have them voice an Utau to apply effects to them to "sound like" Teto. I know a friend who kind of sounds like Oyamano Mayo, but she speak english perfectly. I'd be willing to pay her to make a CVVC if she could do the voice for it, I just need to know how exactly the effects for it are made.
