Issues with voicebanks

I'm not sure if anyone's asked before, but my voicebanks are working as they should be. I'm really new to UTAU, and I don't really know the runarounds too much. Anyway, onto the issue.

The voicebank I'm using, (Ruko Yokune Male Ver., if wondering) isn't registering any lyrics. It's registering the "Aa..." sound, but nothing else. What should I do? I really need help. Thank you in advance!

Are your lyrics in VCV format? Have you selected a resampler/wavtool in project settings?
