Since I don't feel like bothering the admin's, I will do a mass edit when they fix the current bug and add all the new members at once. After a while you lose the edit function on a post for some reason. So you are added in, just not "officially" in the post!

Oh, no, it's not actually a bug, you can regain edit when you become DoD (Defender of Defoko), which you can attain by 30 Trophy Points ^^
