They should have some on-site but supplies are limited and the line for merch, unless you bought VIP tickets are really long. MikuMerch.com has the LED glow sticks on pre-order. I recommend pre-ordering the glowstick if you want to participate in the stick waving, which for me was my favorite part of the concert.

Anyways, I am definitely showing up to MikuExpo 2018's Los Angeles show.
