moresampler and otosuffixer generating blank oto's?

I am trying to add a suffix to a Hiragana VCV Voicebank, and when it adds a suffix to a VCV, it corrupts, and when it tries to add a suffix to a CV, its blank

->I've used a fresh copy of Moresampler
->I've re-"localed" my PC to Japan
->I've tried different banks

I have never had this problem before and I have been googling all over the place, so, I just made an account here to see if anyone can help

edit - i am on a windows pc

another edit - i've discovered i need to use Japanese suffixes to Hiragana Oto's, so, i have used a Kanji, and ill use Notepad++ to change it to an easier character, and, ill leave this post here in case i forget or someone else has this problem
