My Utau cant sing fast notes clearly

so I posted something was wrong with my voicebank or the song i think its fast notes the song seems fine once i re listened but I reslized she cant sing fast notes cleary they get jumbled up and she sounds awefull...so any help would be appreciated

It might be a problem on the oto.ini file. 

Can you post a picture with the oto of any syllabe of your voicebank?

I'm sorry, but I can't help about VCV OTL. I thought that was CV. 

But maybe, the problem is in the green and red bar? I remember that overlap and the preutterance affected a lot on "fast songs", at least on CV voicebanks.

Um your red line looks to far off into the consentant, put it were the consenat ends, and vowel starts

I thought it was 0.0" so I move the red line backwards right?
