My UTAU sounds weird in the "U"s and "I"s. FRQ files are fine

Hi!
So I have a bit of an odd problem?
Maybe the problem its me and/or my microphone but I wanted to check anyway.
I recently started a VC Voicebank, which I scrapped and moved with a VCV Voicebank, thinking the problem was just the recording method, but the funny sound isn't going anywhere?
Actually I think is more noticeable in the VCV.
As you can hear in the covers, is not only in the vowels, but in any samples that include "I" and "U", like "ni", "shi", "shu","ku" as some samples.

I've already checked the FRQ files and edited them with nmasao1's FRQ editor, but they seem normal to me.
If you have any advice I'd appreciate it a lot, thank you!

PS: If you have a solution for the "metalic" sound in the VCV in the "n"s it would be amazing too!

Nothing sounds out of the ordinary to me. The vowels "i" and "u" naturally sound very distinct from other vowels and tend to be quieter, which is why they may sound strange in a CV voicebank. However, the VCV sounds fine.
If you're interested in improving the overall quality of the vocals, you might want to try experimenting with different resamplers. You can also improve the mixing by adding a slight amount of reverb, which will help it blend into the instrumental.
