Need help designing UTAU, please help ;_;

So I want help to design my new UTAU and idk how to design characters and so on
My new UTAU's personality is Happy, cheerful, Child like, and Jolly
she is 17 years old

She can be really clumsy, and an airhead.
She is also a person with a strong will and can be impulsive with a mischievous streak.

I kinda want her to somewhat resemble Yume Nijino
Well hairstyle wise tho

I will be super grateful and happy, and of course I will credit, I can't draw but I can use your UTAU in a cover of mines with my special tuning style
