Neo-Phaenna is a goddess living in an artificial robotic-like body. She was inprisoned in there by the gods that won the war that spanned over a thousand years. Now, the world they have ruled was destroyed, and they are rebuilding it by using technologicly advanced habitats, where humans live in peace with both nature and machinery.
Neo-Phaenna is in charge of one of those habitats. As a powerful goddess, she rules over the humans with a kind heart. She's gentle and full of grace. Her favorite hobby is creating musicial instruments and singing - although her robotic lungs restrict her abilities. She's also very strict, unbeliveably stoic and proud - she's not interested in listening to human's opinions.
