Old UTAU lipsync models (please see OP for examples)

I'm looking to see what sort of character maker makes the UTAU art I keep seeing for older VBs. Here's an example from the Visual UTAU wiki - I've screencapped a segment where most of the characters looks similar.

Does anyone know where these come from?

I believe they come from "anime character maker".
You can get it from this site. But keep in mind that it's an old site and might not be secure.

There are some parts that you may have to download elsewhere, clothes/hair etc.
