Oremo is just showing a chinese/kanji letter

Please help, this is what's happening all the time when I have to record my voicebank

Ensure that the reclist is saved as Shift JIS. OREMO cannot read UTF-8 files.

You can change the language for Non-Unicode programs, by going to (Assuming you are on windows 10) Settings, Time and language, Language, then Administrative language settings, then Language for non-unicode programs, change system locale, open the menu and click Japan
This worked for me.

This worked for me.
It's fixed XD the notepad was encoded in UTF-8, I switched it to ANSI, But thank you for trying to help!
