For this tutorial I will be showing you how to create a Windows compatible oto.ini in UTAU-Synth. Before we get started, what is the difference between a Mac and Windows oto.ini?
The ini files are compatible with their OS scripting program. Notepad (default) and Notepad C++ for Windows, and Textedit for MacOS. This also means they will have a different extension, example, oto.ini on Windows, and oto_ini.txt on MacOS.
