Oto not saving- keeps deleting istelf when reopening UTAU

I just recently had this really weird bug where I can't save any oto work i do even when i hit save. Whenever I reopen the program or change the voicebank and change it back, my oto work just disappears.

Where do you have UTAU installed? If it's in the default folder, Program Files or Program Files (x86) depending on computer, UTAU would not have the permissions to modify the oto of the voicebank (or any file of that matter) that's saved in the voice folder. I would suggest that you move your UTAU folder out of that folder to another folder such as Desktop or Documents.

It's in my downloads folder, along with all my USTs and such.
