phonemizer help

I'm using a CV vb that has additional phonemes to help with pronunciation such as "a*, a R, a -". Does anyone have any phonemizers that can replace those notes with the ones my CV vb has like how I've shown an example. I find it very tiring going through and replacing each note so a phonemizer I feel would make this process much easier. If there aren't any is there any *easy* way I can create my own. I've looked at an utaforum thread and apparently it requires additional programs that I don't have the storage for on my shitty 2016 laptop.

As far as I know, there are no phonemeisers that support what you're looking for (if I'm wrong, I would be very interested to know since I'm in the same boat).
I can't help you with 'V R' and 'V -', but my best advice for the '*V's would be to use IroIro2's 'Replace (by list)' function. You'll just need to write a list of all the samples that need replacing in a .txt file. Alternatively, you could use OpenUTAU's built-in batch replace, but it takes a bit longer. You'll have to manually add back where you want the 'V's either way, but it definitely saves time.

For the R and - notes there are built in batch edits that will automatically add them to the track.
