Pitch Editor Error Message

I recently got this error when using the plugin as this had never happened before. I tried resetting my computer and UTAU to see if it fixes it and even reinstalling the plugin but it hasn't worked. Anyways to fix it?

I've had this problem every now and then with that plugin, too. If you run UTAU as admin will the plugin open?

Click mode1 to change it over for mode 2 otherwise the "data is illegal" and it won't trace over
