I've decided to make Harukaze into a UTAU helper Guide in the form of a Virtual Youtuber! Her way of being seen is within Live2D. I've chosen Live2D as she does not have a MMD model to make the progress easier. Her shading is almost complete and I'll soon get to the rigging stage.
