So I'm unsure if this is a Windows 10 issue or not, but I recently have this problem of none of my resamplers working anymore. (besides Moresampler, dunno why.) I've very recently updated my computer, an update called Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3189866).
If anyone else recently had this update, and Utau resampler still works, then it must be something else.
Whenever I try to play a note, this comes up on the cmd window.
The notes are aliased correctly, this happens to every VB, and surely they all have wav files.
My locale is JP, the ust is fitted just fine. My resampler is patched, and I've tried uninstalling utau to no luck.
