Sampler issue

I've had this for a looooooooooooooong time. And it's not messing up my program. No, everything works. The issue is, that it f- messes up my access to whatever I was doing next to UTAU. What the issue is? Well, look at this video:

I agree, it looks quite funny. But it gets annoying after time.

Now for technical stuff:
- It does the same thing no matter which sampler I use.
- I have the sampler-patch by masao. Nothing changed. AKA: this was before and after I patched my samplers.
- I have Japanese locale.
- I run UTAU on Windows 7, 64-bit.

So, shoot. Can you techy guys tell me what this is?

Maybe it's a UAC thing.

Try to set up as "never notify" and see if the issues goes out?

I tried it, but it doesn't seem to change anything, I'm afraid.

Maybe it is related to a special setting inside UTAU.

Go to Tools->Option...
(UTAU 2.7)In the General tab the box of "No batch file for rendering (not recommended)" should not be checked.
(With UTAU 2.9 that option can be seen in the second sub-tab of the main general tab.)
