side by side error

so I downloaded presamp and autocvvc but when I try to open the programs there is an error saying “The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is in correct. Please see the application event log for more detail” and i dont know how to fix this
any help?

Are you using predit?
To use presamp in UTAU you also need the plugin called predit. It usually comes with presamp, but you can also download it separately.
When you have presamp set as the wavetool and resampler, use the predit plugin to tell presamp what wavetool and resampler to use for rendering.

I don't know how to help with autocvvc, sorry.

Any chance you can find and show us the event log?
And just to cover all the bases, you're running them through Tools > Plugins dropdown in UTAU itself, and the programs successfully placed in their own subfolder in the UTAU/plugins directory?

It would help if you could show screenshots or a video of the issue, as well as your options menu screens in UTAU
