You can watch tutorials on how to feminize your voice on YouTube, and about the reclist, any CVVC or VCV in that language (preferably CVVC because it's easier) can help you.

If it's a CVVC I can make the otoini for you, and if it's VCV I could generate an oto with Moresampler and edit it for you

im done recordin'! heres a guide!
-for the pitch edit, play around until it matches the japanese vb(normal or lite) recording its up to you! (note: the other indonesian cvvc in the website is experimental, forgot to write abt it!)
-its consonant vowel/vocal vocal/vowel consonant so a "bab" means ba and ab(add spaces for the aliases, a b)
-for smiliar sounding words like a y and a i just keep them in the same wav (a w= au )
- eu = Chinese E

I decided that the vb will be both UTAU and DeepVocal! do not worry about the Sample! ill do it myself! here is the raw recording!
keep the eu for the alias, dont change to é
