So I'm trying to do some tests on my (extremely unfinished) UTAU and I noticed something wrong with her [あ], as it for whatever reason "glitches" midway through the note. It only sounds normal when the note length is 480, but at approximately length 2160 out of a 7200 length note it sounds kinda weird? Does anyone know why this is happening and how can I fix it?

Sounds like an oto problem, especially given the "extremely unfinished" description, but a sound sample and a screenshot of the oto would help to confirm.

Look at the oto. You see that orange line that goes straight down? That's gonna make your note sound weird. Record the sample again and hit "Regenerate .frq" and it should work.

Did you have a different "a.wav" before this one? It kind of looks like this is using the old frq file.
Maybe before rerecording as Iris suggested, just try hitting regenerate .frq on this file first!
