Sounds rendering differently than in the UTAU program

Has anyone else had a similar problem? In particular, I am doing "World's End Umbrella", and there is one part that sounds fine in the program, but when I render it, one of the sounds is like...clipped. It's slightly shortened and throws off the timing of the entire rest of the song (it's easy to fix the timing, of course, but I want the other part to sound nice, too!)

The weirdest part is, in the chorus ust, the notes are set up EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, save for their spot on the keyboard, and it renders just fine.

Any suggestions? I can post an example if you'd like.

Select all, play it, then save last play. Temporary thing, but it'll probably work.
