Sukone Tei (Scottei)'s voicebank?

I'm trying to download Tei Sukone's VB...Buut her voicebank was on LODA (which is now down) and last time I checked for her VB, the file was deleted.

Anyone know where I'm to get it? Unless, she's no longer up for download...
