The english voicebanks that I use sound robotic and it's hard to understand what they are singing.

If you're creating a new voicebank, you'll need to finish configuring the OTO.ini. Check for the tutorial corresponding with the reclist that you're using.

If you're using someone else's voicebank with a premade UST, make sure to clear the parameters from the notes. Select all notes, right click, go to Region Properties, then clear Preutterance, Overlap, and STP.
