What would you say are the most common mistakes people make when creating Utau or just using Utau in general?

Misuse of vocals: Hakaine Maiko is often used for normal songs instead of screamo. Using of KIRE vocals for every song turnung the song into a Ryhtm-ed Shout (I am included in this because when i started I was very noob)

Using OTO of other UTAU without modifying: kind of prohibited and not funny
