trying to convince my dad to install utau

i tried to get my dad to install utau because i wanted to make fnf chromatic scales for my fnf mod but he insisted that changing the locale might corrupt the programs he uses for work, the system he uses is windows 7 and he uses autocad 2015 for work and i need more verification if changing locale is gonna ruin how autocad works

If you're just using it for FNF stuff, it might be easier to use a sampler plugin in a DAW like AudioFileProcessor in LMMS. That way you won't have to change locale. https://lmms.io/

thing is some characters vocals have their vocals loop weirdly i.e. shaggy's "tree" vocal

i am also planning on using utau for making betadcius and maybe even covers

You can use other program like Utsu or OpenUtau that doesn't require you to change the locale. You don't even need to install OpenUtau. You can download it and run it directly.
