Utau can't sing in hiragana and romaji.

I tried reinstalling all voicebanks and UTAU with Japanese locale. But it seems utau only produces sounds when its only non-japanese text and it applies to both vcv and cv voicebanks.

Did you make sure to completely delete and redownload everything? You can't temporarily set the files aside, you need to download them fresh.

I did fully delete and reinstall UTAU including the folders
