How do you install it? Sorry if this is the wrong section.

UTAUcolors is a way to more easily edit the settings.ini and see what colors you're actually using. You don't need to put it anywhere specific, but once you generate the file, it should go in the same folder as UTAU.exe and all that good stuff.

Does it change when you put it there or do I need to do something special?

Just put it in your UTAU directory (where the program and "plugins", "voice", "res" folders are).

It changes the settings of your UTAU program to change the color scheme. It resets your custom settings (Tools-->Option part) so you'll have to recustomize them again (assuming you had custom setting before).
