Utau Not accepting Hiragana

The suffixbroker won't accept any characters that aren't in the roman alphabet, they just turn into question marks, this would be fine if I didn't accidentally delete some of my suffixes, I've looked everywhere else and nothing works, also I did change my Locale to Japanese

Could you show where on your computer you changed the locale to Japanese? Just to make sure you didn't accidentally change language or region by mistake.

How are you inputting characters into the suffix broker? Are you copying+pasting, or are you typing them in yourself? Try both ways.

I am copy pasting them, a lot of the appends I use have hiragana or symbols that aren't on my keyboard
