UTAU PC → UTAU Synth (Mac) problem (oto and prefix maps)

i'm getting frustrated by this one, i've been fixing this for about a month now.
i've been commissioned by a mac user to oto a tripitch vcv. i correctly otoed it, arrange, put aliases and prefix map. i tested it and even make a cover but the owner says it doesnt work on his machine. can someone help me test this tripitch VCV voicebank on mac and point me what is the problem please? i'm begging you >.<

I dont have Mac so i cant test it, but i hear prefix.map for UTAU synth must be encoded with UTF-8. check encoding of the file.
