UTAU voice sounding weird

here's a clip of what i mean. my bf downloaded a UST for The Taste of Cockroach and it sounds like this. not even throughout the song, just at this one specific part. it sounded like the gender factor was maybe off so i checked the note properties but the gender factor was unedited for all of them. how do we fix this? pls and thanks

It seems to be because of the extreme pitchbends. Try moving the pitch points closer to the original note.

we tried that earlier and it didn't do anything; it seems like the actual gender factor is changed in the ust somehow but idk. Haruka Nana's voice definitely isn't supposed to sound like that
