Utau Voicebank/Recording Tutorial + oto.ini Description



Well I made this tutorial a while ago. I just finished act4 recording through this method I attempt to teach. It goes more into detail about oto.ini files or at least the knowledge I learned from trying to tune the oto.ini file and watching a whole lot of other tutorials. I try to sum it up and the end is about cv vs vcv even though I haven't tried vcv yet.
