When you click on the folder for the voicebank, do you immediately see all of the voice files (sometimes in multiple folders) and the txt files or is there another folder you have to click on before you get to everything? The first thing you should see when you click on your voicebank's folder should be all of the files, it shouldn't be a folder inside of a folder. If you have to click on an extra folder before you get to everything, extract that extra folder from the original folder and place that extra in the voice folder. If you do see all the files when you first click on your voicebank's folder, I'm going to need more information in order to help.
